Changes or Cancellations with Flexpay 

 Flex Pay will be notified of any changes or cancellations to your reservation, including any refunds that may be due.

Please note:

  1. If a refund is provided directly to you, you will still be liable for your outstanding Flex Pay loan balance.
  2. If a refund is provided to Flex Pay, the refund amount will be applied toward your principal balance, which will reduce the number of payments you will have to make.
