How to become certified 

To become certified to use Flex Pay, you must complete mandatory training before accessing the agent portal.

  2.  You’ll receive an email with your login credentials ​. Once you’ve completed it and have access, please email ajenner@prestigecruises.com your certificate once completed and make sure you bookmark Flexpay Agent Portal!
