Insurance Process w/ Flights (Sales)
When you book insurance through Odysseus, the coverage dates default to the start date of the cruise through the end date of the cruise. If flights are added to the reservation, you will need to go into Allianz and update the coverage dates accordingly.
Each agent is responsible for ensuring the insurance policy is accurate and complete. Please be sure to:
- Review the policy coverage dates.
- Update the dates in Allianz when flights or additional travel are included.
- Verify that the coverage and cost are correct.
- Set calendar reminders as needed to ensure policy details are updated appropriately.
